The Yavamyr Honey Bees are a closely related species of insect who frequent flower-filled fields. This particular bee appears to hold high station judging from a quite fancy head ornament and an elaborate scepter. With their delicate thumbed hands, one can only imagine to what potential their lithe fingers are capable of creating. It would seem that only a visit to their kingdom will squelch the onslaught of questions streaming into my head.
Flesh-Eating Tentacle Horror
Flesh-Eating Tentacle HorrorI've only heard rumors of such beasts, and the only evidence of their existence is the devastation left in their wake. I am reserving my final judgment upon actually viewing one - but I'm sure it shall not be a sight to forget. I compiled what Ibelieve would be its form from the markings in the environment. With extensive knowledge of geology, weather patterns, and animal tracking I am confident my representation is fairly accurate. I doubt I will becontested, seeing as I am surely the most versed in such informationcompiling. I suppose my cohorts view me as an invaluable asset.
Lobster-Clawed Lagoon Siren
Lobster-Clawed Lagoon SirenDuring our fourth month in the land of Carkayous I was made aware by my associate Jesse Smith to beware of a strange and quite lethal dichotomy of a beast spotted at a lagoon. A beautiful and deadly humanoid creature, like that of legend - a sort of Siren. I prepared myself with the finest colognes and impressive leather bound tomes I could find in preparation for an encounter. I heard she was quite a striking specimen. Being that I am quite adept with a blade, I thought to keep one on my person, since she did castrate (though accidentally I believe) one of our more slow-reacting assistants. Survival of the fittest assistant I say.

Acidic Vulture
Acidic VultureWhile scanning the sky for more avian wildlife to sketch, I made a fortunate discovery atop a branch, in what my assistant Tim is now calling the Acidic Vulture. The tactic observed in feeding is that it would regurgitate and project highly acidic stomach fluid onto its intended target in order to melt it - alive. I noticed they often worked in pairs to take down prey ten times their size from the safety of the branches above. I was nearly caught in the splash of this corrosive vomit when I unknowingly got in close proximity of its meal - a rhino-like beast.
Placid Bog.
Placid Bog.Drifting the placid bog waters listening to Lady Gaga, just enjoying the crisp swamp fumes - the Bog Lizard notices a few familiar faces. Among them is the Bulbous Stacking Toad. The Stacking Toads literally stack their young on their heads in order to protect themselves from predatory swooping avian threats. If one manages to get taken - there will always be more to take it's place, as they will tend to lay their eggs in the thousands. Another sight this Bog Lizard has encountered is the Banana Snake (who was actually on the hunt at the time of the encounter). Banana Snakes happen to be yellow, but aren't named for their scale color - they are named as such because they actually taste like bananas.

Salt Flat Naga & Leaping Troglodyte
Salt Flat Naga & Leaping TroglodyteSalt Flat Nagas have been recorded reaching three meters in length, they strike with lightning reflexes when they hone in on a target. Because of its lack of peripheral vision it is prone to ambush by one its natural predators - the Leaping Troglodyte.

Tananika Flower Hopper "Tananika Flower Hopper - TFH's drift from one flower to another, not seeking nectar like some small birds, they dive down on unsuspecting hapless insects that feed on nectar rich flowers. Their pointy beaks provide them a stiletto-like weapon to skewer their meals. The males develop elaborate and twisting horns that are used to battle other males and are used to enchant potential mates in intricate dances."
